We take you all over the town, the adjoining mountains and up to the summit so you not only get a view of the glaciers but throughout the day you will see the cemetery, the gardens, the 98' show and by the end of the day you will feel as if you know Skagway better than some of the villagers.

SCENIC WILDLIFE CRUISES AND WHALE WATCHING: Venture out into the Taiya Inlet in a 30 foot BeauMarine Trawler, and view--up close and personal--wildlife that a larger ship could only view in the distance.  Skagway's bay, shores and coves boast of American bald eagles, mountain goats, arctic terns, sea otters, mink, brown and black bears and even humpback whales.  E-mail us with the date of your arrival and we'll be happy to explain the details of what you may expect.

FISHING: Board the Choctaw Lady for an afternoon of fishing, sightseeing and wildlife viewing in the Skagway Bay and Taiya Inlet!  After a brief safety meeting, we'll ship out to the fishing grounds just twenty to thirty minutes away from the port, watching the cliffs rise out of the ocean fjord.  Depending on the season, wildlife viewing may include American bald eagles, mountain goats, harbor seals, arctic terns, sea otters, and even the occasional humpback whale or brown bear.  Likewise depending on the season, we catch king salmon, sockeye salmon, silvers and pink salmon using either a downrigger or a flatline for very exciting strikes every summer.  Once you contact us with an arrival date, we'll tell you what wildlife you're likely to see and what wild salmon you're likely to catch!

FLIGHTSEEING:  Fly out over Glacier Bay or Mount Fairweather in a Bush-HawkXP sightseeing plane, which is equipped to land on glaciers or remote beaches.  Soar with our master pilot over rivers of ice, flowing around Mount Fairweather--a fifteen thousand foot mountain that extends out of the ocean--or over and between Glacier Bay's many peaks and blue glaciers.
